I am remiss in waiting so long to write this review. I’ve been taking my cars to Roland for over 10 years. A mechanic friend recommended Oliver and I’m so glad he did. The guys at Roland have kept a series of cars of mine on the road through good times and bad. I even bought a vehicle from Oliver and have been happy with it since. He’s one of those rare mechanics who is absolutely honest. But more than that, he works hard to keep an eye on my bank account, sourcing affordable parts and scouring wrecker’s yards for used items when he can. He consistently goes above and beyond, over the years doing small things free of charge. I trust him with my car and with my safety. If I could give him six stars out of five, I would.
Disappointed in the customer service I received from this business after it getting high praise from a few friends. Called a week out to book an appointment for my vehicle to have a basic issue resolved with my exhaust system and everything was set. Then the day before my appointment Oliver calls and cancels the appointment and provides no timeline when I could be fit in. This issue is just a few bolts and a gasket but since I tried to give this shop a try I'm now stuck for 2 - 3 weeks more then I would have to get into my regular shop leaving my classic ride parked for a good chunk of the summer.
Quick and value service. I just wish they told me they close at 5 on the dot . End up having to arrange home transport and kept my car overnight there.
I work nearby this place and all they do is squeal their tires, rev their engines and drive recklessly/insanely fast through the parking lot all day, every day. We have politely asked them to stop countless times and they just ignore us. They represent themselves terribly as a business and continue to disrespect every other business in the area. A little professionalism goes a long way and these guys don't show it.
Friendly and Professional. Only fixes what needs to be fixed. Asked me what my plans were for the vehicle instead of just quoting me for everything that could be done. Highly recommended
Always able to make an appointment for anything from an oil change, to major repairs. The staff are welcoming, and fair. I always feel like any repair options are properly explained to me, and nothing is done unless I ask, or approve. It's hard to find a mechanic to trust, but this one's great.
Always have the best service, always a pleasure to talk to, and when I had sudden issues my car, I called and Oliver saw me right away and fixed the problem immediately! I won't let anyone else touch my car but them. Highly recommended!
