Highly recommend !!! I was in need of a new set of tires - overwhelmed, and honestly not knowing where to start… The team here helped me not only choose the best set for myself and my needs, but was also able to secure me an appointment at a time that would get me a rebate from the tire company and save a little bit of money there.
Ray & Sons Automotive has provided atrocious service. My rims were damaged in December 2023 during a mounting process, and despite my efforts, they have failed to rectify the situation. Their lack of accountability and dismissive attitude is infuriating. It's appalling how they've handled this matter, showing no concern. I strongly advise against trusting them with any automotive needs. They've lost a customer for life.
We've been taking our cars to Ray & Sons for about five years, and they've always provided capable, friendly, honest, timely, and quality service. I especially appreciate the explanations of what's gone wrong with the car, and what they did to fix it.
I've been using Ray & Sons for over 20 years. They have always been honest on the work to be done and extremely courteous of my time. I've recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future. They are extremely knowledgeable and don't mind passing that information on in easy to understand terms. If you are in need of a mechanic or tire specialist, give them the opportunity to quote on your job. You will have a hard time finding a better place.
Found the Front Office personnel & the Technician who performed the work to be very professional, knowledgeable & courteous. The estimate of how long the job would take was bang on. No excuses. I will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend.

The crew is honest, straight forward, and committed to delivering fair value and a great customer experience.
