It's quite remarkable, really, to think it's been four years, perhaps even longer, since I first started bringing my business here. For basic repairs and routine maintenance, they're… adequate. They certainly get the job done, and for that, I suppose I should be grateful. However, I can't quite bring myself to say they're truly excellent at what they do. There's often a lingering sense that things could be, well, more. To their credit, and I must be fair here, when mistakes do happen – and they do, occasionally – they are remarkably dedicated to making things right. Whether it's through follow-up repairs or simply their impeccable customer service, they truly go above and beyond in that regard. It's almost as if the effort they put into resolving issues compensates for the initial shortcomings. Ultimately, it reinforces that age-old adage: you get what you pay for. One can't help but wonder if a different investment might yield a more consistently stellar outcome, but for the convenience and the price point, this is simply where I've landed.

I dropped my wife's car off with an exhaust leak today. They called a short time later and explained what has to be replaced and a cost that was more than fair. They did a professional job and is why l always support the small independents. Great shop.
Charging $96 for 5 minutes scanning without prior info to the customer is very disappointing. How much per hour?! Unfortunately, just money talks.. :(
Was there once to get some service done and it was great. Tried to get in contact to get some more service done and never got a response. No replies to phone calls, no replies to emails.
I was hearing a loud noise coming from my muffler. Called them up and the gentleman I spoke to was very professional, polite and able to fit me in at the last minute. I'm formerly from Toronto , so I am very familiar with shoddy mechanics, but these guys are the real deal. Overall , the folks were very professional, honest and fair priced; which is exactly what you want . Would not hesitate to recommend them
