the service at this location was horrendous they made me wait 45 minutes for a quote to up sell me on non existent problems. will definitely not be going back
I've been here several times to get my brakes fixed and receive various other services, and today I had my oil changed. Thank you for the excellent service and for checking my tire pressure. I will definitely be bringing my other car in for service next time.
WARNING: I had been getting regular oil changes here for a long time. On my last visit, I specifically asked and paid for synthetic oil nearly double my usual cost. Only later did I discover they had used the exact same regular oil as before, with the same brand and label, but still charged me for synthetic. When I confronted them, they gave me the difference back in cash, which makes it even more suspicious. This is classic bait and switch misleading customers and overcharging them. If a big company like Midas is willing to deceive loyal customers this way, it’s a huge red flag. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to double check what they’re paying for before trusting this place.
Always come here. New Brunswick sticks together! They always try to fix things is a cost effective and quality way. They also always explain things to me which is huge.
Went to midas to have my brakes serviced they were so good and kass the service advisor was very pleasant and Densish at the front counter was very helpful.
Just picked up my car after it almost left me stranded yesterday. Midas staff, both admin and tech, provided expedient and efficient service. It's the third vehicle I bring there, and have always been very happy with the place.
I'm still using Midas and am always happy with service and prices. Cassidy and Vanessa are great service advisors. Denise was ver polite and learning a lot as he is at the front counter. My mechanic Marcus is amazing. Love that he never tries to upsell me on repairs I 'may' need. Special on right now for oil changes.
