Krista and Dan are very nice and respectful. I went in last year because my passenger window wasn’t going up and kept getting stuck. I brought my truck to them and they called me later that day to say it was all done. Since then, I’ve continued going to them for any issues with my truck. They always do an amazing job, and I have no complaints. They’re honest, reliable, and I highly recommend them.

Guys, try to remember your best experience as a customer anywhere. I know, it's not easy, especially now-a-days when a lot of companies are waking away from human to human interaction. Emails, robot calls, can't talk to anyone directly anymore. Mr M's is a car mechanic service and guys, I never got such a high level of the professionalism at any mechanics before. My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Mr M's, and no matter the issue, just simple oil change or complex repair, it's done promptly, with the best quality of work. But what's really impressive is that as soon as you pass the entry, you will be treated as a friend or even like a family member. Went here for a diagnosis. They said both rear wheel bearings need to be replaced. They quoted me $1500. I called three other shops and got a quote for less than $900. Also, they charge me a $75 diagnosis fee this place expensive!
Mr. M's is a rare find! We have been taking our cars there for repairs and maintenance since we moved nearby over a year ago. They've helped us with a bunch of stuff from brake repairs to regular oil changes. The staff is friendly and always takes care to perform a proper diagnosis and helps us understand exactly what is going on. They are honest and let me know when they think a certain repair is not worth the expense. At our most recent visit they performed an alternator repair on our car. The turnaround was very quick and we are super happy to have it back on the road again! We love our cars and feel very comfortable with leaving them in Mr. M's care!
