I visited Newmarket Collision Centre after getting quotes over $2,000 from other shops for a minor scuff on my car. Some even said parts needed replacing, so I wanted a second opinion. Shahad came out to take a look, applied some polish, and within minutes removed all the paint transfer and marks. He confirmed no repairs or part replacements were necessary. No charge, no pressure, just honest and professional service. It was a huge relief and saved me unnecessary costs. Big thanks to Shahad. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely return if we ever need repairs.
Very disapointed with the guy Rubi’s (Rubin’s) customer service. He was forcing my husband to pay extra for the service already included in the price!!! And behaving very unprofessional! What you can call it other than Putting hat on people's head!! We trusted Volvo and as a satisfied customer with Volvo sales, took our car there for a window replacement that happened for the unsafety in our society. Someone broke into the window and now we have to pay even extra to replace it!!! Hope there is somebody from Volvo Newmarket managment to take care of these behaviours in collision centre. Will not take our car to them next time! My husband gives 2 starts to be fair only because he got two rides from them. Otherwise one star would be more than enough.
