They took my vehicle in on short notice and swapped my tires. (I am grateful as most places weren’t able to accommodate for at least two to three weeks given the recent snow fall) The staff were kind and helped me dispose of my old tires.

Hot Wheels Auto gave me the best experience I've had with any auto shop. Even while waiting in the front office I could see that they had a good rapport with every customer that walked in. They were very busy, most people that came in clearly frequented this shop; the customers and staff knew eachother by name and had strong rapport. I went for a pre-purchase inspection of a used vehicle and they were extremely helpful, going out of their way to give me an honest and impartial evaluation of the vehicle. Laz (manager) was managing the front desk and went out of his way to text me so that I could quietly get an individual look around and rundown without the owner of the vehicle looking over our shoulders. Dino, the owner of the shop showed me around the vehicle and explained what was wrong with it in a way that was evidently well informed and simple to understand for someone with little auto repair experience. All in all amazing experience, this is a shop that clearly values honesty and doing everything they can for their customers. I live hours away and wish I could go to this shop for everything.
Thank you Hot Wheelz for you help and assistance, i was recommended this mechanic by a coworker and after being scammed by so many people out there i decided to called and booked an appointment several weeks ago and have my truck checked and they (the person at the front and who i believe is the owner) took the time to listen to my description of what i needed and took me to the road test so i could show what noises i was hearing later explain what was wrong with my vehicle and after a few days my car was fixed, i now have a reliable and trustworthy mechanic and trust completely Hot Wheelz and everyone there. i would give more starts if i could. Amazing shop, great service and prices, the front guy is exceptional, polite and great, i fully recomend this shop Dino and his team are amazing, my vehicle broke down last week, had it towed there and they repaired it, i got my car back today and it was worth the wait, it is a busy shop but they helped me. Had a very bad experience here. Took my car in because it was making squeaking sounds while driving, mainly when making right turns. After they supposedly fixed it, I drove it away and there was no changes to the sounds. I brought it back, paid more, picked it up and again, still making the same sounds. Was told my car was too old and I shouldn't invest any more money in to it (my car was 8 years old with only 160km's on it). At no point did they tell me they didn't think they could fix the problem. Left it with them yet again (to my stupidity), paid again and still had same issue. I decided to take it elsewhere because they were still charging me for parts at this point and wasting my time and had it fixed no problem for less than the first payment amount I gave Hot Wheelz. On top of it all, I drove away from their shop and discovered oil hand prints all over my grill and doors along with glue globs on the body of the car that caused me to scratch my paint while trying to get off. Brutal brutal brutal.
