Nick is very knowledgeable when it comes to porches and he’s very genuine. You can trust his knowledge and advice 100%. I’m extremely satisfied with him taking care of my cars! Highly recommend
Learned of Franz back in 2011 or 12 after near a year of looking for a reputable air cooled Porsche engine builder. I've gotten to know Franz on a personal level now over the years. To rebuild these engines properly I've now learned, after becoming an accidental owner in 2008, is very time consuming even/especially for a knowledgable and experienced builder. As a journeyman tool and die maker, I understand this. Time costs $, no way around this without taking shortcuts. Many/some typical Porsche owners have a bit of an arrogance and just don't understand the cost that can happen for repairs of a 911 that is not sorted or has deffered maintenence.

Brought my tiguan in for the first time and it was very good of them to call the VW dealership to see if the issue they found was covered under an extended warranty (which it was). They advised me to service it at the dealership where the cost would be covered. I’m definitely going back because of this experience and will refer family/friends there as well. Best experience since having to take my car to a non dealer Mechanic. Nick, Franz, Mel and staff are all very helpful. Highly recommend these guys, especially if you have a German car. They are THE "GO TO" SHOP for all VW, AUDI and PORSCHE models. 7 years later and still coming here for all my Porsche needs. Wouldn't go to another shop in all of York Region. So good that we replaced our Audi with another Porsche. Auto Select gives us the confidence to own these vehicles without any problems.
