I want to express my gratitude and thanks for the kindness by presumably who I believe to be the owner for removing the oil out of my brand new white AT4x. I never owned new vehicle and being almost a month old, I decided to take it to the car wash place in the same plaza to keep it clean, having the tires oiled. The young kids that were there sprayed too much oil on my tires and when I drove away it got all over the paint and the chip guard was stained due to its porous finish. After visiting the car wash company and asking only to have it rectified by means of removal and being berated by the owner publicly for over 15 minutes (where his employee asked him to stop yelling- who was unable to get the stains out with their cleaner)the kind gentleman here was able to get most of it out very quickly for free. Thank you for your heart and compassion after being reduced to tears by the owner of the car wash company and called a “liar” and “scammer” and “imagining marks” It makes sense why you have such a strong rating and the other place does not. Live and learn -you get what you pay for! I will always have a professional detailer clean my truck in the future. I highly recommend the customer service and kindness here.
Dropped my car off in the AM due to an emergency bearing that was quickly deteriorating. They did my car when they had a chance. Every time I deal with them, they are extremely friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and most importantly, HONEST. I am so thankful someone recommended them. They are absolutely amazing, a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend them.
