Customer service is medium, but very selective. One staff is wonderful putting purchases in gift bags, the one with dark hair and mask lies to customers saying “they ran out” when the bags are visible in the drawer she pulls open. Disappointing around holidays, guess next time make sure you ask for sales person that is in Christmas spirit.
I went in looking for a specific item for my wife. While it wasn’t in store, two clerks arranged for a prompt delivery. Friendly and efficient service. Great job!
Sad they don’t have petites online. Very sad you will loose a lot of customers like this not everyone is tall. I know they have it in store, but you have to look for them since it’s all mixed together with regular.
I would have rated 0 if I could. Very nice MANAGER trying to sell, but not sure how she was okay selling a dress with what she only now tells us is the wrong way of tag being attached to it!! Never heard of that before! Why were you okay selling it that way then if you knew? And now not accepting to return the dress because of it!! It is not about the money, but what they do is wrong on so many levels. I advise everyone to pay more attantion to their clothing tags!! Make sure you know the "right" way they are supposed to be attached to their clothing!
I am surprised to read the negative reviews. I have had entirely the opposite experience. I am disabled and drive a scooter. I wasn’t in the store 2 minutes when I was cheerfully greeted by Michelle. I told her what I was looking for and she proceeded to pick out a number of items, as I did too. She showed me to a dressing room that was large enough to accommodate my scooter and kept checking to see if all was going well and if I needed different sizes. Michelle was exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to deal with. And kudos to your store for having an accommodating change room. When I was checking out both Michelle and the young lady on cash explained the final sale on two items and the exchange policy is very clear on the receipt. A very good shopping experience! And the store was very clean and orderly.
Extremely poor experience with this store. My wife purchased a dress for our son's wedding. When she tried it on at home she noticed a strong perfume smell and very bad body odour. It was obviouse the store tried to cover up this used dress and re sell it. The manager was not helpful and never offered anything in return for our troubles. Needless to say we I'll not hop there gain. Pun intended - this store stinks
