My visit to Honey was outstanding. Melika went above and beyond—knowledgeable, patient, and truly enjoyable to deal with. Sanaz, the store manager was just as impressive, offering friendly and attentive service. Both made the shopping experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommended.
Today August 8, 2025 at 12:40 pm I purchased an item from “Honey” store for $39 and walked out of the store for 15 minutes looking at the stores next door then I decided to return the item after I found out I did not want it The store clerk refused to give me a refund claiming it is their policy no refund or exchange and the store clerk insisted of no refund , so I left There ware no signs of the refund policy when I entered the store nor being told before I paid I will never return to this store at Upper Canada mall nor to any other “Honey” stores I couldn’t believe that A store will refuse to take back an item which was not opened nor used and only bought 15 minutes prior to the return Save your money and nerves and don’t go there Some customers were ready to pay behind me but when they heard the discussion of giving a customer a hard time returning an item, they put back the merchandise and left with no purchase
Horrible customer service.Rude as 2 different people asked if I wanted a changing room as I just walked in as I said “no thank you” to both. As the third lady asked I was ready and had 2 dresses. The First Lady who asked me said “no don’t ask her she’s fine she said they were ugly” never once said that. Definitely will not be going back with how rude employees are.
I bought a dress and was hoping to get more since their website has such a large selection. However, the dress collection in this store was quite small, or I couldn’t find my size in some styles. The salespeople were very nice and helpful, though. I’ll definitely go back to check if they have more dresses. It would be great if they could carry a larger selection! Thank you for your good service.
The staff were very kind and helpful, although as a bit of an introvert I prefer to just browse clothes rather than have someone pull out various suggestions from around the store for me to try. The prices are very high without any obvious reason - I wouldn’t say the quality was wildly different to cheaper stores at the mall. Also, I get that it’s a sales technique to not have mirrors in the fitting rooms - you’re forced to come out to use the mirror in the main area giving the sales assistant the opportunity to tell you how fabulous you look and how you absolutely need the overpriced item in your life….but I hate that. As a self conscious person I’d like to be able to see how I look in the mirror behind the privacy of a curtain, rather than out in the open - this, the high price tags and return policy means I’m not likely to visit this store again.
For a girl that absolutely hates shopping for herself, trying on clothes is a nightmare. I had the best experience of my life at Honey Upper Canada Mall. My sales associate Jazmine was the most helpful individual I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was not pushy in anyway, and made me feel more than comfortable in the multiple outfits that she chose for me. Her patience and dedication to my styling that day will be something I will remember forever. I appreciate everything you did for me Jazmine. Thank you so much.
The clothes are really very beautiful, but the sizing is abysmal. I can make the standard S/M/L sizing at every other store work for me. Unfortunately, I've found most things here aren't made to fit a variety of bodies (I have hips and a bigger chest, both of which don't seem to work well with the clothing from this store). Oh well. There are lots of other places to shop for cute things. ☺️
