I found the customer service here to be a bit overwhelming. As soon as I walked in, it felt like there was a lot of pressure and not much space to just browse or take my time. You can’t simply go in and try on the item you picked—suddenly, you’re being handed several other dresses or pieces to try on, even if you didn’t ask for them. I understand that some people appreciate that kind of attentiveness, but for me, it felt more like I was being hustled than helped. Not every customer wants to try on seven different options—they might just want to try the one they came in for. It made the experience feel stressful rather than enjoyable. A bit more space and a less pushy approach would have gone a long way.
Every time I come to this store Christina is SO insanely helpful and has the best suggestions for me every time. Literally any time I have an event or a night out I know exactly where to go and who to ask for!!! Not to mention the quality and durability of the items purchased here too. 10/10 recommend for all your dressy needs!
Cristina is amazing at her job!! She’s very welcoming and kind and brings such a positive vibe to the store in general! She has helped me numerous times and I never once had a bad experience!! Definitely she should get a raise her energy is what keeps me coming in and shopping?????️

I would like to give a shoutout review to Rachel and Dilara at the Newmarket Envy and Grace location. I was buying an outfit for a concert I was going to and they were so patient and helpful to me, even though I tried on so many dresses! They made the experience super fun. 10/10 would recommend this store! Tons of options with a variety of prices.
Found a beautiful dress for a wedding I’m attending! I wish I caught her name, but one of the employees was so nice and helpful she noticed I was struggling to find a dress and she picked up on my style right away. She picked out the dress I ended up getting, and I absolutely love it! Would definitely come back here for my next special occasion. Overall, really great experience!
You can figure out how bad the costumer services is just by looking at the negative reviews which they didn’t get any response by either the management or head office they only responded to the 5 stars reviews!!!
