Nothing bad on the workers, but the store doesn't accept one4all gift cards. Spent my money on items I should not have had to. If they can't accept them, a sign needs to be posted as the card says Aerie on the front, I was standing at the register trying to use the card. False advertising.
Love going into this location. The old manager Karla (or Carla) was so nice, funny, knew her product knowledge well (even for products that weren’t in store yet) and personable. She made my mom and I feel great anytime we visited. She was a bright and cool soul. Sadly she no longer works at this location or maybe for the company in general. Definitely miss her and wish her all the best. Nevertheless my experience at the store remains the same. It’s always excellent. I can find what I’m looking for and the associates are always helpful. Brand ambassadors Kelsey and Lauren were able to help me with my return and ship to home order for the 10 panties for $40 promo. I appreciated all their help and style advice! The store is always tidy and the visual displays are on point. I don’t really understand why this location hasn’t been renovated or relocated in the mall though. They need a bigger space! It’s pretty small (compared to like the Eaton Centre) that when they’re busy it can feel a little uncomfortable and crammed in there. The team does great to pull in money, they deserve a better space! One with similar high volume traffic of course.
I was shopping for bathing suits with my petite daughter and Carla went over and above to make sure we found the correct sizing and helped us special order online (free shipping) for xxs sizing that isn't in store. We were made to feel so comfortable by all the staff working there. Amazing service.
