We bought a Santa Fe from them in March. After the purchase there was a few minor things that were not fixed that we decided to go out of pocket for, not wanting to cause an issue. (Dented muffler that was causing noise etc.) Now we're getting into the winter months, we decided to put snow tires on. Well, our rims have wheel locks on them, and as they were the last ppl to have the car safetied they (thier mechanics) would have had to take the wheels off to take a picture of the brakes. So they (again THIER mechanic) lost our key. I dont discover this until I'm at Canadian Tire already have waited aprox an hour. So I tell CT to go ahead and remove the wheel locks. (This will cost me 1 hour labor). Which Taberiz refused to cover. Tabriz's solution was that I take everything to thier mechanic and have them do the switch. This would involve me driving across town to do the work and then back with the old tires to have CT store the tires. Alot of inconvenience for a problem they created. In closing be very careful if you decide to go to Tabriz because you will have to go out of pocket at some point and when it's up to them to do the right thing they will shift blame and responsibility, and seem to be baffled at the meaning of accountability. P.S: at first for not even being sure if the tires came off during the safety (really?), they sure had a solution quickly. Feels like this was/is a common/known issue.

A week ago last Thursday, I concluded the purchase of a 2021 F150XLT 5.0L. This was to replace my 2007 van Iv,e had for the past 18 years. I was a little wary as I've heard a lot of "car lot" stories. During my first visit I had met the family. Tabriz appears to be a family business. I checked BBB. Tabriz has an A+ rating. Omid was asking a fair price for the year but by quality it was an excellent price. Full service records were provided. On time maintenance service. The truck has no damages, It is flawless. I was a small business for 25 years so I know how important it is to have a unimpeachable reputation. I'll give them 5 stars.
