Worst ever tells all the good promises you the world but when it comes time to pickup once they got your deposit they run around all kinds of BS 2 weeks after deposit and still no vehicle then got the vehicleran like shit many things wrong wouldn't take back........Owner helped rectify after 4 weeks of run around from the sales rep and parking the first vehicle back on the lot. Yes did wind up with a vehicle worth the money but not the headache.
FARCO MOTORS IS not a very reliable company. They are nice until you pay them for the vehicle. I paid them $26,000. Dollar for a truck with engine issues that were not disclosed until after the fact . he said this is a normal issue with this vehicle. But it's not true . I am trying to get a hold of them to resolve this situation and no return phone calls or emails. They just blew me off. I'm not very happy with this. RUN DONT WALK…. This place will mislead you & safety is NOT done to a good standard…. 2 days into driving my vehicle purchased from them the engine was overheating!! Brakes were horribly done and the list goes on…. Definitely don’t recommend them
BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS IN THE MARKET Recently I purchased a Dodge Challenger 2015 after 1-week the engine light came on. after 2 weeks the car stops working. now they are not picking up the calls. GM Ariu and his employees are the biggest scammers. don’t trust what they have said. My hard-earned money goes to garbage.
Do not even come to check on their cars; if I can't give them a star, I will...This company is so awful that they only want you to buy or lease their cars...I got this automobile about a month ago and have returned it twice. The car has an engine light and they will never pick it up....I repeat: don't ever visit Farco Motors.
While test driving a car with the salesman, I encountered an uncomfortable situation. The salesman released a foul smell. An overpowering scent filled the entire car. I was unable to focus on the test drive. The salesman attempted to diffuse the situation by making a joke. The whole experience was unprofessional and traumatic.
I bought a 2014 F150 with 209,000km. It was in good condition when I bought it, and they were very fair with the price, and helped me greatly with the financing. I purchased the 2yr bumper to bumper warranty, and I have had a couple small problems with the exhaust that they have been quick to respond and very helpful with any issues I’ve had. Overall I’ve had a great experience with Farco motors and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a used car or truck.
