Hussein and Mass were incredible guys to deal with. They did everything they could to make the deal work for my son. No pressure, very knowledgeable and their prices are fair. They even offered to wax the car for my son before he picks it up. I’ve bought many cars over my life and these guys are honest and trustworthy. Two words that you don’t. Normally hear at dealerships!! I highly recommend them. Thank you.
These guys are the worst specially Hossein. They told me I will get winter tires and got charged. The guy who sold the car to us Dylan said the rotors will be charged but instead they machined cleaned them now the rust is back. Hossein Made an excuse saying Dylan is not in town and I never got mats. Please don’t go to this place take your business somewhere else.
Initially, I was happy with the service; the dealership seemed professional, and the cars appeared well-maintained. However, problems quickly emerged after purchase. I was charged an extra $1,000 for paying in cash and $800 for a safety inspection, which was inadequate. The vehicle had serious issues from the start, including warped rotors, broken coil springs, a bent tie rod, and more, all missed during their “safety” check. When I returned the car for re-inspection and front brake replacement, the same issues remained unaddressed. Ultimately, I had to fix the car at my own expense, and I filed a formal complaint with OMVIC. For a vehicle costing over $20,000, you would expect it to be properly inspected and safe. It shouldn’t matter how much was paid; you’d expect good working brakes and no hidden defects. I have photos to prove these issues. I’m sure Auto House will reply, claiming they would have fixed the vehicle if given another opportunity. But the reality is that I did return it, and they still failed to address these problems. In the end, I chose not to deal with them again. I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before buying and avoiding this dealership.
