Bought vehicle, 20 minutes after pick up, engine light came on, engines rpm fluctuatesd due to inconsistent coil operation. Vehicle needed spark plugs, coil, transmission flush and new oil. When apparently "safety" was done prior to sale On a good note, Sam was of good help and customer service
This place has horrible service and brought back car 3 times and they told me the car had a small repair when I bought it. When I went to sell, the car turned out had a $13,000 insurance claim I was never told about. I bought the car for 13,000. I re-sold it 5000 km later for 5000 $ . waste of time
Be careful when requesting to test drive or trade in a vehicle with these guys I drove 2hours to see a Silverado in which I was considering trading my truck in for which was a lesser km gmc sierra and had alot of conversation with them over txt and messager before hand not once did they say they weren't interested in my trade inn so I was little surprised when I got there and was told they didn't even have an interest in my truck cause it was too Base tho believe they were being honest would have rathered them say something before coming to test drive and when I got there the truck wasn't even really able to go anywhere with flat and bald tires Maybe they were so honest they saved me from this bullet so left me not really knowing what I was gonna rate this experience somewhere between 2/5 or 3/5
Be wary of this place. At face value they seem very helpful however their policies are not what they seem. We had looked into financing with the clear statement that moving forward for us was dependant on financing that would work with our family. When this didnt work and we went back to get back our $300 deposit (which we were guarenteed we would get back) we were denied by the owner (even though we have an official deposit receipt). Really disappointing that a company would use bitterness to avoid paying people back money (that had a 3 year guarantee on it). Very disgusted with this display of disappointing business management by Val the owner.
Be very careful of this place! Put a deposit down on a car,decided not to go with it. Went back a few weeks later and they not give me my deposit back. Glad I never bought of them as I didnt have a good feeling.
