My a/c broke down two days before the heat wave came into Toronto and Infiniti was able to accommodate a complete unit install (remove old unit and evap coil and install brand new ones just 2 days after I called. Amazing service and very knowledgeable staff. Majid is an excellent technician! Their online communication, estimate and billing system technology is excellent. I would highly recommend Infiniti for any of your HVAC needs.
If I could give no stars, I would. Infinity came out to diagnose my fireplace (It costs $160 for them to come diagnose it). The tech told me it was the pilot assembly. He repeatedly tried to talk me into doing the job myself even though I have no ambition to do so. I was adamant that he quotes the job. I had been hounding them for the last 4 weeks to get me a quote and they eventually came back with, "The part is no longer available, the manufacturer recommends you replace the fireplace". I usually like to leave the job to the "professionals", but this seemed unreasonable. I did a quick few google searches and wouldn't you know it, I found it. Yes, it had been discontinued but there is a new version. Great, I e-mail them with my findings. The response I receive is that I need to order it myself. Even though that part is widely available. By now, I've had it with infinity and decide to install the new one myself, after paying extra to have it expedited. Turns out, it is NOT the pilot assembly but rather the control box. I paid $160 for Infiniti to come out, tell me the wrong item is faulty, and wait 4 weeks for them to tell me the part doesn't exist (falsely). After all of this nonsense, it turns out they led me a stray from the get-go. Maybe they are okay with AC units but if you want your fireplace fixed, Infiniti will just waste your time. ps. The tech also told me that the thermal switch for the blower was faulty, I knew this not to be true but didn't see a point in arguing. As soon as he left, I tested it again and it was fine. Be careful who you trust.
New Furnace Sam was very professional and was good in making and explaining recommendations for new furnace, as well as rebates available. Furnace was installed promptly next day after quote. Had 1 issue with programmable thermostat and Sam took care of it the next day. Very happy with Sam and Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating and the services they provided. Would definitely recommend them.
I checked many companies and got multiple quotes and decided on Infinity air conditioning and heating because they were the most reasonably priced and an authorized Carrier supplier. They exceeded my expectations when they installed all my equipment (Furnace, Humidifier, AC and Tankless Water heater) on the date I wanted and in 1 day. Hameed and his team were very professional, took thier time to answer my 1000 questions and cleaned up very nicely afterwards. They also disposed of the old equipment. Highly recommended!
