Canco has been servicing our home furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers and hot water tanks for 15 years. We've always received excellent service as well as new installs when the appliances came to end of life. This past week Adam Conner, the Service Tech, performed the scheduled maintenance and took the time to answer questions about the systems. Great service with a smile on his face.
We had a new water heater installed last week that we purchased from Canco. Alex and Alex did an amazing job in terms of de-installing the old water heater and water softener, then installing the new heater in its place. they were prompt, friendly, extremely clean on the floors and clean-up. They took their time to reposition the new water heater so there is lots more room to move around now...they were great. I addition, we had the furnace and fireplace serviced by Adam. He also did a great job. As usual, Will did a great job in terms of answering all our questions and concerns prior to purchase, and Christina for scheduling the job with the least amount of time required by us. Canco is our go to place for all our HVAC concerns for the past 15 years, and we don't really go anywhere else...they are fair and good to deal with...Kudos to Nancy and Bob on 40 years in business.
Canco Climate Care has consistently provided top notch services to us for the purchase and then annual maintenance of both our natural gas furnace and central air conditioner. Special shout out to Larry and Dalton for their excellent work recently installing the new A/C.
Great company. Very organized and professional every step of the way. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The sales advisor provided great advice and recommendations for the installation and product selection. The installers that came to my house (Alex, Alex and Dalson) did an amazing job. They were also very friendly, answered all my questions and cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend

A shout out to our installers, Alex and Dalton, who installed a new tankless hot water tank for us today. They were courteous, efficient and went beyond. They explained everything on the unit to me when the job was completed and did a great job of tidying up before they left. They even came back to remind me to close our garage door! I had a really bad humidity issue in my home, I thought I needed new windows because in the winter they were dripping wet and had ice on the inside on really cold days. Turns out my humidifier was broken and was just constantly putting water into the air even when I thought it was turned off. Can co came in and inspected all my vents, my furnace and humidifier. That's when they told me it was broken, they also informed me my new furnace wasn't being put into second gear so it wasn't working 100% either and told me to contact who installed it for them to fix. Once my heater was fixed and they installed a new humidifier I haven't had any problems since. Loved their honesty and that they were able to fix my problem so quickly :)
