Our heater stopped to work and found this business from internet search. Thanks to Tony we were able to get a new furnace installed next day afternoon. They were on time, picked old stuff after job done, reasonable price, everything you could expect from a good contractor. We’re very satisfied with our new furnace, quite, easy to use, warm up entire house efficiently.
On Friday evening I noticed the gas furnace isn’t working well. On Saturday I called one technician and he said the motor needs to be replaced but because it is a long wknd I have wait till Tuesday. And also told me my part should be from Goodman.(my furnace is from Guardian) Without having furnace the room temp was btwn 14.5~18’c. It was pretty cold so I couldn’t give up. I started to search if there is any supplier that carries the motor. When I searched with my model number, it says the motor is from York. It confused me. Anyway I found one place that was opened on Saturday late afternoon and I called. It was Tony from Pro Mechenical. I told him I’m looking for a goodman motor. And he said he has an used part also he can come to check if it is the right one without charging a diagnose fee. After hour he came and by looking he said my motor is from York, not from Goodman. So he went back to office to check if the emergency supplier has the part. And at 10.30pm at Saturday night, he drove to Mississauga to pick up the part all the way from Newmarket And finally from Sunday my house started to warm up.
