Ben came along and had my fitting fixed and paper work done in a very timely manner. Bens knowledge is top tiered, he took the time to explain the process and the purpose of each pipe. My wife and I just had a baby 2 weeks ago, and our house just had no heat out of no where. Ben came and fixed our heat right away. His price was fair, he left the area clean and tidy. Can't recommend BP HVAC enough! Ben is amazing to work with. Very professional, patient, honest and understanding. BP's pricing is very competitive with other quotes I recieved in the area, but Ben's attitude and willing to work with customers is hands down the best around! I did some rough-in work myself, and Ben visited and politely provided feedback and recommendations for improving what I'd done without leaving me feeling small or incompetent. Difficult to find guys like this willing to work with homeowners these days. Just make sure to please be conscious and respectful of his time!
Ben and his team recently replaced my old AC unit in my condo. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price compared to the competitors. The new AC works very efficiently in cooling down my entire 3 bedroom confo.. Ben got his electrician to ensure wiring followed code. He even cleaned up and disposed off my old unit. They were very professional and courteous! I highly recommend them..
I would only ever call this company for HVAC solutions- don't waste your time even calling anyone else, especially if you live in a condo! Most won't even give you the time of day and have absolutely no idea what they're doing! BP was immediately responsive, helpful, friendly, and professional. They are quick to respond - possibly even same day! BP came in, wasted no time identifying the problem, quickly fixed it, and informed me that the AC leak was through no fault of my own but rather through improper building maintenance. So as you can imagine, it was immensely worth it to call BP! The fee was very reasonable as well. 150% recommend.
