The service is good and the prices are fair. Been using them over a decade. Ironically, getting a call back for quotes does not always happen. Still, I would recommend them.
It is highly recommended! Best Climate has been the company to go for when I need maintenance, repair, or new installation of HVAC equipment. I have known Best Climate for years, they have been maintaining my home AC and Furnace equipment, and I have no complaints. Excellent customer service, fast and reliable work. ??
This company has terrible customer service. They used sub contractors who did not understand English so we could not communicate with them. We spent $10,000.00 on a new furnace and A/C unit. The furnace duct work was not installed properly, they dragged the new A/C unit on the gravel so it got major scratches along one side, they did not wear masks in our house even though it was a pandemic & required under the public health standards, left dozens of their dirty cigarette butts and other garbage on the ground where they installed the A/C unit and around the outside of the house. The owner said he would rectify the furnace problem and replace the panel on the A/C unit in the spring and provide touch up paint. None of which has taken place to date. We have left three phone "messages" because nobody answers the phone and sent several emails. NO RESPONSE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Once they get your money you never hear from them again!
Excellent customer service, reasonable price, came on time. Extremely professional with no issues to go above and beyond to do a great job with high quality standards. I'm extremely pleased!!!
