I have always had wonderful experiences shopping here but as of today I will no longer be coming as my experience today was the worst. I have never been body shamed by any store ever until as of today. I had grabbed three items to try on and I went to the fitting room as after all it’s called a fitting room for a reason to try things on. This lady that seemed a bit older ( I believe she was of African descent) She was rude and judgmental. I understand if you have a bad day but still it’s unfair to judge what I try on as there’s no hand written rules or law saying I cannot try in some items. She had told me I could not try on one of the items I was holding and I was confused and thought I went over the limit of items allowed in the fitting room. She then proceeded to tell me it was because I wouldn’t be able to fit into it and snatched it out of my hands while I was trying to show her I had only three items. She then had the audacity to tell me again that the other two could fit me but that one piece couldn’t. My friend then informed the cashier at the register about the incident but the cashier at least seemed empathetic but this experience just ruined my experience overall. I hope something can be done to prevent other people from having the same experience I had.
my friend got a dress and the associate left the tags so we went back to get them removed and we were in a rush and the young girl said “it’s your fault” my fault for what? leaving the tags on? i don’t work there? then i left and my friend stayed and got them removed and the young girl threw it at her and said “f you go die” never go here the people are rude
Came here looking for some new shorts and the customer service was phenomenal. Whenever I needed assistance, the employees were always there and really helpful. I was super happy with the experience I had at this store.
I always shop at the vaughanmills location and never had any issues. I came to EXCHANGE a few items I bought and run out of 14 days return date.Tickets were still attached and brand new but the manager TANYA ( EMP#927485) was very rude and said without thw receipt, she WONT DO anything, not can't BUT WON'T. Also told me to read the policy in most rude and unprofessional manner while other customers behind are staring at me .I WAS NOT SEEKING FOR REFUND OR CREDIT NOTE but an exchange. I will not be returning to this location at all. Would not recommend.
A lot of options good prices a shame employees are horrible it gives a really bad view on it and customer service was horrible Rude store managers and employees don't know what they're doing half the time they waste time sitting around and chatting while there's an entire line of people wanting to check out
Tanya the manager of the store doesn't even know the companies return policies on top of that she is rude and condescending when confronted with the actual policies
Reasonably priced trendy clothing. I wish staff were a little more attentive and assistive in the change rooms... But it's a large space for one person to manage I would think... Everyone would benefit with more help there. Otherwise, a good store with good stock.
