My husband and myself met an incredibly acceptional customer service from Helen. She was at cash area the previous Sunday. He did her very best to find the stuff we were looking for! She made us happy that day. Will be back again
Their womens t-shirts have incredible stretch. So much so, that an x-small will turn into an x-large quite quickly with minimal wear, washing etc. So unless you love to waste your money, or plan on gaining a ton of weight; DO NOT purchase!
I went to this location on April 22, around 7 PM. There were no available employees to help around men clothing products for a very long time! I went to an employee available at cash register. I had a couple of brief questions about a product; he gave me a wrong answer to the first one and interrupted the second question without giving a proper answer! He was in a rush though there were no other customers waiting!

We bought a pair of hiking shoes YESTERDAY and wanted to return them today. With original receipt (which says up to 100days return). The cashier asked for reason, my husband said its not a good fit for his foot. The lady said that returns are ONLY if there is a manufacturing issue and maybe it is not the right size. We asked for a bigger size. THEY DID NOT HAVE IT and still refused to take the shoe back! We asked to get the shoes back from her hands to go to the location we originally bought from and return it there. This angry lady took the “paper shoe filling” part out, tossed them and gave our shoes back. ** probably was thinking we wont be able to return them elsewhere without them?** And when we asked to get thoes back, she gave us the look and shake her head because she had to grab them from garbage bin. Totally unbelievable behaviour -which is rare in this country-, unnecessary rudeness. Poor customer service. No wonder there are many bad reviews for this store. And here is a picture of the shoe so don’t say it was worn outside.
The cashier had so much attitude for no reason. I almost didn’t wanna purchase anything but I recognized her disrespect didn’t have anything to do with the store. The jacket I got is cute but you can find something better and way cheaper elsewhere if you care about the money.
I had Waited Almost two months for a pair of boots that i ordered and had to contact the store 6 times to get updates on the the statues of the order, went to store to complete a commercial order was told they were to busy and come back another day. April/2024- They had ordered me the wrong sizes embroidered. Was told they would correct the order. It has been months, and I have not received my order.
