Soup is really good (as it should be) but I found the wraps to be a bit underwhelming. Was hoping for a little bit more for the price. Sandwiches are very good however, and hard to find anywhere else.
The food is great, the owner and some of the workers are awesome and I love that they post the soups of the day on instagram. HOWEVER, as a vegetarian I go there for the egg salad since that's the only protein I can get. It's really good, but they seem to run out halfway through the day every single time I've tried to get it. I've been able to get it once and their excuse to me is that no one orders it so they don't make a lot and even though I'm willing to wait, they will not make more. Well if no one orders it then why do they always run out hours before the end of the day and then why is it still on the menu? My husband and I probably won't be returning, because it keeps being a waste of time and gas. Very disappointed.
Very friendly staff. Had a tuna sandwich and butternut squash soup. It was very delicious. They had about 6-8 different sandwiches to choose from and I think 3 or 4 soups. Nice little shop. Some seating but not too much.

One of my favourite restaurants in Newmarket. Soups are delicious every time. I love that you get to try both. I love sandwiches and wraps. Great healthy options, lots of vegetarian choices. Prices are great, staff very friendly. Everyone I talk to thats been here loves it. No ac in the summer it can get quite hot.
