It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive thru. The staff was very disrespectful and very passive aggressive. She got my order wrong and was still very defensive about it and blaming me for her mistake. Nobody should be spoken to that way, spoken to as less, even animals don’t get spoken to like that.
I asked for a double cheese burger with bacon. They forgot the cheese. So i went back they said i didnt order that or they didnt hear me. I said you didnt hear me so they said they would make another one. They returned with the same burger with cheese with hot lettuce and bun flattened . So im suppose to eat that. Not very good costumer service. Must be new owners or staff
With the discontinuation of the Lightlife burger and the fact that the dining room closes at 8 pm on a Saturday night, I truly believe that this location, and the entire Harvey's chain for that matter, is no longer relevant in the marketplace for vegans and vegetarians who will now stay away in droves as per an "enhanced" veggie burger that is now the only plant-based option on the menu. We eat more than vegetable and fruit salad. Heck, even people of all diet types are annoyed with the chain. Keep it up and you'll go out of business, joining the ghost yard of failed businesses that lost their way by not providing a stellar customer service and lots of options on the menu.
I've been to this location many many times. I mostly come for the onion rings as they're top notch, and i'll get my burgers here as well. They've always been great and the people working here are also very friendly!
Why is this location advertising that it is open until 12 am? It sometimes closes before 9 pm.... Also, why make offers to people that post a review about it, instead of adjusting your hours to the correct time this location will be closing? I'm sure I'm one of many that have drove to this location to find it closed, at a time contrary to what it advertises online. Unnecessary problem and inconvenient for potential customers. Great staff by the way!!!
I’ve missed this place so much. Now that the dining room has reopened, the food here is still top quality, and the panels they’ve set up over the booths are the best! I’ve really hated the sunlight glaring in my eyes! I will keep coming back!!
The restaraunt was just renovated and it looks good but the booths are too small for 2 adult men to sit across from one another. The food was what you'd expect from Harvey's. Decent fast food with made to order toppings. The customer service was the best part of the experience.
