⭐ 1 Star – New Ownership Has Completely Ruined This Place It’s honestly disappointing to see what Score Pizza has turned into. The old owners were amazing — honest people who cared about quality and treated every customer with respect. You could trust your order would be right every time. But the new owners? Total opposite. They come across as cheap, cutting corners everywhere, and it shows in every part of the experience. The quality has dropped, the care is gone, and it feels like they’re just penny-pushing instead of actually trying to run a good business. My recent UberEats experiences were terrible. The staff clearly doesn’t read the notes, doesn’t follow instructions, and the orders constantly arrive wrong. When you’re paying full price and adding specific instructions, the least a restaurant can do is get the basics right. Instead, it’s mistake after mistake with zero attention to detail. It’s sad because this used to be a reliable spot, but under the new ownership, it’s gone downhill fast. I won’t be ordering again unless things change drastically. Had to throw it away
Nice pizza spot! The pizza was really good, thin and crispy. Garlic bread was amazing! The only thing I regret is getting a signature pizza over making your own as you get wayyyy more toppings if you make your own for the same price…
We went here for the first time today and had a great experience! The pizza and salad were delicious, and thr customer service was lovely. We will definitely be back!
Score is my favourite pizza spot in Newmarket. Unlimited toppings and delicious thin crust. Ready in about ten minutes! Since they reopened it's still the same quality and the staff are usually very friendly. You can get a pizza made vegan as well. Highly recommend!
Is it the best pizza around? No. Is it better than the fast food pizza chains? 1000% yes. It's delicious for what it is and I personally find it better than Blaze which is a similar concept.
Was doing some work in Newmarket and came across this place. This might’ve been the best pizza I’ve ever had. Service and atmosphere was great. Staff was friendly, but the pizza was fantastic. Definitely worth the drive to Newmarket. I’ll be recommending this to all my friends
