Love the food here so much but wish they would go on DoorDash again or uber eats. I would 100% pay the extra price that it costs them to be on one of these instead of having to call a million times to place an order before I can reach someone, and simply for the convenience of being able to have the pizza delivered.
Honestly my favourite pizza place but the hours online aren’t true, anytime you call, they most likely don’t answer. It’s very hit or miss. Sometimes it’s too well done and sometimes it’s perfect. The pizza is so yummy & the owners are very kind just disappointed in the professional aspect part.
I am trying to call this restaurant and order food.. every time I call no one seems to be working here. Business hours are wrong too I come when it says its open and no one is working.. what is going on?

Il Bistro catered our York Pride event this weekend for both dinners. Even though it was a huge order, each meal was small-batch prepared and labeled individually, making our entertainers feel right at home backstage. Franca and Suzy replied to every email change and request, and both sons delivered the food hot and ready to us right on time. We are so grateful for your food and service, Il Bistro! Best pizza spot in Newmarket, has been an almost weekly family staple for 15+ years. Pepperoni, hot Italian sausage, light onion, hot peppers. Well done. Can’t be beat. Cheers
Not only is the family who runs this place so welcoming and warm, the food here is exceptional. We got the veal sandwich and it blew our mind! The portions were so generous and that tomato sauce… WOW that is, dare I say, one of the best sandwich I have ever had. My girlfriend has been coming here for 15 years and now I know why… I am a fan of Il Bistro for life!

A small family owned Pizzeria. EXCELLENT food and service. I've been here numerous times and their food is just incredible. Always fresh and tasty. Everything on the menu is killer!! I'm Italian and il Bistro reminds me of my grandmother's killer food! If you live in New market you need to try this place! I guarantee you won't order anywhere else!
The man who served me was very friendly and provided prompt service. The veal sandwiches were very good according to my husband and I (who is Italian).
Perfect crust to sauce ratio. Probably the best pizza I've had in Newmarket! Mrs. Rumano, the owner, is the sweetest as well!
Amazing food great people been going for years farthest thing from a franchised chain panzos are huge and full of flavor prices are great especially for the quality and amount you get my favorite place for a great meal
