On a very busy night during world series and a jam packed order lineup, I saw these guys thrive in excellent customer service, not an inch of their ovens where there was not a pizza cooking and they still kept the time commitment and still delivered an amazing tasting pizza. I have never seen a pizza store this busy.
I'm just gonna leave it here for your opinion, spent 35 $ on this one on December 10 between 10pm and 11 pm. I hope there will be a progression in cooking process and service.
Recently had a good experience ordering pizza for delivery. The order was taken accurately over the phone, and delivered exactly when scheduled. Just wish it wasn’t a bit dry, a little overbaked
It’s a great restaurant! No mention their great food that my daughter loves their lasagna so much, but they are really a great team very kind and warmhearted with integrity! Yesterday I forgot to take my bag after we picked up our order, and when I returned this noon (I just realized it until then), them are so kind for holding and protecting it for me! My gratitude cannot be expressed enough by words! I will continuously support this great restaurant!
Small shoppe with great food! My pizzas are always baked to my specifications and are absolutely delicious. Great combo choices as well. Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent Pizza Slices. Love Pizza Nova. The Crust is always perfect, don't even need dipping sauce, so tasty. I always save my Pet Dog some Pizza Nova Crust, he loves it. I do too. If he smells Pizza Nova on me, he howels at me expecting Pizza Crust. Nice people as well. Clean washrooms. Lots parking.
Genuinely some of the nicest workers here. I work nearby and come here often for lunch, everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. The food is also great but mainly I appreciate the service.
