After informing and sending in the forms that I was going to be canceling my car insurance I was still charged for another month. Once informing the person helping me in October 2017 I finally got my reimbursement on March 7, 2018. If you want people to not care this is the place for you.
Beware of this company.... even after cancelling your policy they will STEAL payments from your account and blame it on slow processing. Total cons in my opinion
