I used to love Allstate but now its nothing but a headache. I used to be able to call up and talk to an insurance rep and get answers. In their goal to save a buck they have multiple people juggling the customers accounts. I never get the same person and it's always "give is your number and someone will call you back". Now you feel like a number not a client. Save yourself the hassles and find someone that actually works for you.
I was treated very well by Allstate .My agent was prompt and I was satisfied after my total loss on my car. At allstate you're in good hands.

This company was good 10-11 years ago when I came with my two cars to get car insurance. Since,their attitude has been changed. You couldn't reach an agent you delt with to ask specific questions. Just front desk ledy who always says the agent will call you later and you may forget about this. NOBODY CALLS YOU BACK. For the last year they also increased my premiums on car and home. I have never had any claims , accidents, fire, flood, murders, etc but pay more and more . They don't care of customer who has been with them more than 10 years so , probably it's time to move on . I also want to give an update what is going on in Allstate. Hopefully, they are improved one day.
