Don't know why this has a 4 star but Denise is extremely rude and dumb I had cancelled my policy and she still calls me saying we reinstated your policy like without my convent also they are very rude if you speak to Denise she gets rude and annoying. Buckeys insurance more like your insurance is garbage.
Worst company. When they forget to give the insuring company your payment information you will be sent a letter if cancellation for non-payment. The first time, ok, mistakes happen; but once they do that twice, you call an ombudsmen and run while you can.
My broker was Chris and I was very impressed by his level of professionalism I had a solid rate in no time he even looked into an old claim for me to insure I got the best rate thanks Chris

My son was gifted a car by his grandmother and getting insurance for it has been a nightmare until we called these guys!
