Live in an area where insurance companies charge more for premiums because of nonsense. This company has helped me keep decent premiums despite this and overall has been professional dealing with them.
Ive been with them over a year and I always get so nervous when Im talkin to someone cause its like theyre always in a hurry to get u off the phone or just unprofessional... I was trying to explain something to the person I deal and she just raised her voice and was like maam calm down Im not sure who she was trying to impress but I wasnt even shouting nor was I rude to her.... She made me feel a type of way.... they need to check their attitude... I dread calling these people when I have a problem! Ughhh!!!
