If you are looking for MAT in Newmarket, this is the only facility with licensed practitioners I would recommend. Beware of imitators nearby. Make sure to check this place out before you sign up.
Really enjoy the great training from Greg and his team. The whole experience has been a lot of fun! It also helps to be learning good form and best practices from the pro's. The environment is very positive for those over 50 who are jumping back into work out routines.
Just finished an 8 weeks introductory package, and will be continuing with a membership with 1 class/week. The staff is great, the facilities are amazing (and not crowded at all). I have enjoyed the sessions and am getting stronger every time.
After having cancer surgery to remove muscles from my thigh, Greg worked closely with me to improve the strength in the remaining muscles. I started to get physiotherapy at the same time but cancelled the physiotherapy shortly thereafter, after realizing that Greg’s treatment was superior. I am now back to doing most activities I enjoyed pre surgery. I strongly recommend getting Greg to help with any post surgery.

I definitely like how clean it is and I can come and go at any time -that means when its convenient to me. Greg has explained how specific exercises can improve my fitness and addressed some specific concerns I have. Ive committed to some personal training with Greg to get me started and then to monitor my progress. Already approaching 4 months and I have surprised myself! My strength has shown great improvement and my workouts are making a real difference in how I face my day. If you are wondering should I check this out... the answer is yes, you should!
The owner and staff are welcoming and very knowledgable. The place is immaculate and has all the equipment needed to get your body in the best shape.
This Elite fitness studio is fantastic! The equipment is state of the art and Greg is always happy to show you how to get the most out of your workout. The isofit is especially great for me as I have some limitations that can be worked out when using this awesome machine!
This place is fantastic! Right from my initial inquiry to signing up the owners are incredible. It has a boutique feel to the environment and is definitely your neighbourhood gym. It is always so clean and the equipment surpasses anything I have every used before! I love the complimentary coffee bar and the extended hours!
