Been going here for over a year, and I love it. Fair price for everything you get. Overall, very open, spacious, clean, and friendly staff.
24 hours , freeweights go up to 120, what's not to like? Not a fancy gym by any means but it has everything you need and more. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Facilities are clean with newer equipment. When the equipment breaks it is usually repaired fairly quickly. The crowd has people just starting out and vetren lifters as well as everything in between.
Good customer service,The towels are a bit small, I usually go before noon and it's not crowdedEverything is very clean.
24hr, friendly staff, gym is well kept. There are a few olders fellas doing 1inch squats putting belts on for warm ups, but every gym has those.
Love that I can just walk to the gym late at night if I can't sleep, and that's the greatest thing -- being able to just wander over at 2AM when you can't sleep and have too much energy! Polite staff and great weights and machines to keep your body and mind fit. :)
