Great gym! Extremely clean & very friendly staff. I'm very particular, so thought to check out this gym in hopes to get away from the regular crowded "all show off" atmosphere. I joined because of the great positive feel, & the staff made me feel like I was a member for years, not pushy. I had the choice to pick the membership that suits me best! This gym is massive, that offers everything you need, even a salt water pool/whirlpool!! Awesome!! Fantastic price too!
I visited today to ask about using their squash facilities. One of the two men on the front desk seemed annoyed that I was even there (rolling his eyes at me). I was literally having to drag every answer out of them. I was asking how much it would be to just use the squash facilities without the gym if that was possible and what was the pricing like on membership versus buying squash court time. The price for 40mins is 30 bucks for two people but you could get 10 sessions of 40 mins for 150, that's a steal I thought. However no that's the price per person. So it's the exactly the same price they didn't seem to understand how it was the same deal. Ultimately very unhelpful and I was exhausted talking to them.
Wonderful atmosphere and staff! Highly recommend to all my friends and family, with everything and more you would expect from a gym!
I went there based on reviwes , it turened out totally reverse, the staff were very impolite and unhelpfull.the membership fee is like a steal.
