Milan was very helpful in getting 4 phones activated for me. He took the time to explain everything in detail regarding the contact. I would recommend him if you are looking to upgrade a device or seek a good phone plan. Also came by next day and Naimur also spend time to help with correcting one of my lines. Ordered two phones that were on sale and included bonus points. After ordering on a Monday, I couldn't get any answers from the employee or the manager until the Friday (which I had to follow up for a 3rd day in a row) and then I was told that the prices had gone up and no points were available any longer. Their solution was to say " I'm sorry". The staff was friendly but they really struggled to answer my questions and weren't too confident about the rate plans they were selling. They seemed like they wanted to help until they lost the sale, then they weren't too concerned about helping. They need to get it together there! I won't be going there again.

Have used these people last 4 years or so.They have been great. Phone died this morning. Within a couple hours verified old phone beyond help. Got new phone, saved on monthly billing and overall cost because they know their products and all the cell plans.
