Great service! AP was amazing and we were able to observe him as he was training a new employee. He was patient and did a great job training him! That’s an employee that needs to be retained!!
A warning to anyone purchasing phones at this location... My husband and I were in the market to change carriers, and decided to give Telus a try. They sold us new phones and contracts happily enough, and neglected to inform us that the absolutely useless warranty that they were selling came with a $400 service fee to have your phone replaced. An incredible rip-off considering you pay monthly for said warranty. The phone they sold my husband, the Samsung 7 Flip, had an inner screen break within a week of purchase, with a large expanding black mark at the fold, and a fully dead inner screen. This phone wasn't dropped, and he had followed the care instructions - a literal loaf of soft sliced bread tapped the thing and it died. He called insurance. Insurance also neglected to tell us there's a massive service fee attached to a replacement, and he finds out when his phone that was supposed to arrive within a few days is still MIA the following week. He tries to call the Telus Customer Service Line, and it disconnects every time and he never gets to speak to anyone. So he goes to the store, because they sold him a lemon. No help. No recourse. Nothing. They can just sell you absolute trash and then blame malfunction on you, getting off completely scott free. It would be different if he'd caused the break - if it had been dropped, or if he'd closed the thing on a rock - but a tap from a soft bag rendering the entire thing inoperable is pathetic, as is the awful customer service response from Telus. Avoid this store, avoid the insurance, and avoid Telus. They'll sell you a bad product and then do nothing to help you when it breaks. We're trapped on an almost two year contract paying for a phone that broke the first week he had it. Incredible disappointment.
Walked in fixed my network issue with esim . Replaced simcard and was done and fixed in matter 5 min . Agent was Tess super knowledgeable super good attitude ! Thanks
I've had pretty good experiences with this location in the past, aside with my last interaction where I was told to 'go online' to see the latest promos. I'm in the store, why would I go online when I'm already talking to a sales rep that's sitting in front of me. The store wasn't busy, there were no other clients waiting.
I went to Telus/Koodo at the Upper Canada mall this morning to get 2 new phones and this lovely lady Ana-Maria helped us through the whole process. Her recommandations for our needs were perfect. She set up our new phones and let us know about new promotions for the internet. Ana-Maria was ever so pleasant and helpful. We have been with Koodo for as long I can remember, and after this experience with Ana-Maria, I will stay with them. Best experience ever, thank you Ana-Maria.
A few weeks ago I was helped by I believe his name is Matt. . He helped with my acct after we had purchased google Pixel watches and Telus had put down 4 watches instead of two. Matt went above and beyond to help rectify the acct issues. Thank you so much.

She was able to solve a very complex problem getting a SIM card authorized with a Canadian number, for use in a phone in Casablanca, Morocco, even while the client, my daughter, was already in Casablanca. We are most grateful as the phone connection is needed for personal business in Canada. Currently, the SIM card is winging its way to Casablanca. Marylou M.
