Had my account setup with these guy in January. Honestly every month I have to come and get my account fixed. This is garbage company, as well a garbage service. These ppl that work here have no idea how to help you. Don't waste your time!

Got simcardsfor myself and my sister. Sukhmanjit was very friendly and knowledgeable . Basically we came to buy bell simcard plans. But he explained very patiently cons of switching to postpaid. Very good network and place.
This place is a total fraud. I neede a phone number for my mother so I walked to this place in the mall. They cherged me 45$ and told me that we will be good for 2 months but after 20 days the service was stoped and only after calling Chatr on their phone line I figured out that these people fooled me, all information given to me was wrong, they put number on somebody else's name and overcharged me...do not go to this palce, the personal are absolute liers and you will get ripped off. You can also see the company's neme and real address on photos.
