Macbook Pro, LCD screen broke and needed replacing. There were NO OTHER ISSUES with this laptop prior to taking it to Techbuy. I even had it checked at Apple and after running diagnostic the Apple employee confirmed the laptop was PERFECT, less the broken LCD screen and some minor wear on the battery life. Techbuy first told me that they would replace the screen, but that they could not locate a genuine apple screen to replace it with, so they would have to replace it with another brand of screen. I was promised and assured countless times that the other brand was very high quality and I would experience 0 issues. I paid almost $700. Got my laptop back. Tried using it, and immediately experienced issues with the screen glitching. I brought it back to Techbuy to advise them of the issue. They took it back and a couple days later called me and assured me they had tested the laptop several times for over 4 hours and the screen did not glitch. Almost insinuating that I made it up. THEN i was told that it might be a “software issue” where the new screen is not compatible with the new IOS software. I reiterated that there is definitely something wrong with the screen and after INSISTING that they check it again, I was advised that they did see the glitch and are sending it back out to have the screen replaced a second time. I got my laptop back, the screen was working beautifully, but the power button and touch ID were not. It was also missing several screws from the bottom of the laptop. I took the laptop back to Techbuy. I was gaslit excessively and told that there is no possible way they could have damaged the touch ID or the power button when they replaced the screen. I then got a call from them saying I needed to pay another $40 for shipping the laptop out to be examined for the touchpad/ power button damages. I reluctantly agreed since the alternative was a $2000 paperweight that i couldn’t use because I could not turn it on. A few days later, they called me and told me they would have to reset my entire computer just to diagnose it, which would result in losing ALL DATA. Again, I reluctantly agreed. They completed the reset, then I got a call advising me that the power button works but touch ID is broken and would cost another $200 to fix. This is in addition to the $700 i’ve already paid. Techbuy refuses to acknowledge or take any accountability when I am very confident that it was their recklessness that caused the damage to the touch ID that was in perfect working condition prior to bringing the laptop to Techbuy. Again the laptop was first returned to me with a screen that didn’t work, AND missing screws from the bottom. but they love to ask for more money and then claim that “it’s not for them, it’s for the 3rd party repair company”. I came to Techbuy based on a recommendation from my family but I can say with absolute certainty I will never go back.

I required a charging cord for my Watch. They said they would order it and it would be in the next day. Sure enough, it arrived as promised! Thank you

Brought a macpro in for a screen replacement. Chand was very helpful and presented a couple of options. Service was completed within 24 hours and the laptop was fixed perfectly - it was also thoroughly polished and looked like new when I picked it up. Would highly recommend.

I want to take a moment to update my experience with Tech Buy. I originally had some frustration with my PS5 issue due to a miscommunication, and I even left a negative review. However, after meeting with the manager, I was very impressed with the way my concerns were handled. He was a nice and professional man who took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my issue was resolved. I truly appreciate the hard work and effort that went into helping me. Thank you for the support and for turning the situation around.

Gave my PS5 for repair here because it completely stopped working. They gave me a free diagnosis within one day with a very reasonable price compared to others. They finished the repair the next day for me to pick up. Great communication and service

Family owned business. Amazing service and very ethical. Their prices are reasonable and will only charge for repairs if they can be done. Extremely ethical. I really appreciate that. I will definitely return.

Excellent work. Screen replaced, battery tested and working great within an 1.5 hour of when it was dropped of. all this done during the Covid pandemic.
