I really love this place. The pretzels are soft, buttery, and perfectly balanced in texture, freshly prepared, making each bite warm and flavorful. Napolitano and sugar cinnamon are two of my favorite flavors they offer. The staff are friendly and efficient, keeping the line moving even during busy mall hours."highly recommended for any occasions as well

To be honest, I don't really pay attention to the mr.pretzels product, but when I tried it, I was happy and satisfied with the taste. Sugar Cinnamon Flavor is delicious, it's not a shame to recommend it especially to children.

I tried all pretzels ‘ flavors, there were really great, fresh and delicious, the staff was very friendly and respectful, and I really like or pretzel bites especially sugar & cinnamon and toscana , hot dog bites and everything

It’s unfortunate how other people had unpleasant experiences here at this location; however, my experience is totally different. I always get the sugar cinnamon pretzel and it was sooooo good. Made fresh and delicious, I enjoyed it so much. The staff here were friendly to me during my interaction with them. so keep up the good work.

One of the best Mr.pretzel i have visited . They offer new and fresh rolled pretzels and staff is very kind and polite . They also offer buy 5 get 1 pretzel free . Toscana flavour pretzel is must try option for spicy lovers.

I’m not one to leave a bad review. But I couldn’t just let this slide. Just ordered Mini Pretzel Dogs for my son, see photo. I let the two staff know that “these looks burnt”. Customers there agreed with me. The older lady said “burnt? No they’re crunchy!” And they just both just looked away and ignored me. Poor customer service. Horrible horrible.

I am the loyal fan for Mr Pretzel. However The upper canada mall location is the worst Mr pretzels place… The Pretzel is under cooked… Inside is the raw dough. recommand Vaughan mills location taste totally different.
