We have been going to Bayview Pet Services for many years and we recommend them to everyone we know who has any animals. He is very great with all our animals and the prices are very reasonable. As far as the review saying he handled a dog aggressively I assume that this lady has not been to vets much as scuffing a dog is one of the ways to hold an animal during medical procedures especially if a dog or cat has no collar to hold onto. This is proper practice and we know Dr.Dhillon would never be rough or aggressive with any animal.
The staff at Bayview pet services are great! They are very friendly and their prices are reasonable. They were great with my dog who had his surgery there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. I really like the staff there!
If you want a gentle compassionate vet then you best look somewhere else. They man handled my dog like she was nothing. I have never seen a vet grab my dog and scruff her by the neck so viciously it was very uneasy to watch. Yes my dog can nip but she did not need to be handled so aggressively. I will not return and put my dog through such poor treatment again.
Dr. Dhillon is a great vet and has been taking care of my cat for awhile now. He is very knowledgeable and patient with my cat as she does not like vet visits and can be difficult to handle at times. To the lady who said "he handled my dog like she was nothing" and "he scuffed her by the neck so viciously" I cannot believe he would be "vicious" with any animal. She did not say what she was there for as that may be the way you have to hold them for the exam and if your dog is going to nip someone obviously you would scruff/hold the dog behind the head not in front where you would get bit.
Dr.D was amazing with my dog and his surgery. My dog absolutely loved them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!! Theyre so understanding and make sure that the pets needs come first! Everyone in there is amazing and Im so thankful for them!
