The junior vet was very helpful and nice but Dr. Phil didn't care about our cat at all!! He was all about the money and not about my pet!!We took our cat in to check his breathing because he's been having some issues. So long story short, our cat has some fluid around his lungs and Dr. Phil wanted to do surgery to remove it (apparently would last a few hours/a week and would be $3,000). When we refused that because the fluid does come back, he mentioned that we should do the worse lung at a lower cost. When we refused again, he said we should put him down cause he was in pain. Our cat wasn't because he was moving like normal and eating fine. Again, when we said NO, he said "I can't let you have him". He wouldn't even let us take our own cat home!! We told him, we wanted to pay our bill and take our cat home. He finally agreed. After that, our cat was completely fine (minus the breathing). He was acting like himself. If we listened to him, our cat wouldn't be here right now.I recommend to NOT go to this vet (or at least don't have Dr. Phil).
I had to come in to put my childhood cat down. Dr. Deena Larsen was very calm and took her time with me while I was struggling to say goodbye for the very last time. Reception put us into a room right away when we arrived so that we could have our privacy. They gave us the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. When everything was over there was a door from the room that we got to leave from instead of walking through the front. The staff were very professional and thoughtful during the very emotional time I was having. I highly recommended this place! Thank you Dr. Deena Larsen for being there with me.
I had the unfortunate event of having to have my beloved pet put to sleep and since it was a holiday weekend, I had to go to this facility. The staff are absolutely incredible!! Very caring and took me right away. The environment is quiet and very clean. Despite the sad circumstances, the professional and empathetic demeanor of the entire staff made the experience more comfortable and tolerable. 5 stars!!!!
We had to put down our beloved family dog without much warning and the clinic managed it wonderfully. They have comfortable private rooms with separate exits so you dont have to walk back through the waiting room after your pet has passed. The rooms have mats on the floor so we were able to sit with our dog as he passed. They told us what to expect and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. The vet and techs were excellent, very kind and professional. It was only about $40 more than our regular vet would charge even though it was during emergency hours. If you have to say goodbye to your pet Id recommend here even if its not an emergency because of how well they handled it and how comfortable the experience was. They made a difficult day as easy as it could be.
I cannot begin to describe how amazing this clinic is after the nightmare I had to deal with at another emergency vet clinic. The doctors at this clinic are caring and thorough with their examinations. I felt they genuinely cared about the well being of my cat when he was there. I was given options to how to proceed with treatments, the pros and cons of each option and I never felt pressured to do anything I wasn't uncomfortable with. At no point did I feel like they were ordering tests that were unnecessary as a cash grab.My experience with this clinic was absolutely wonderful.
