The veterinary clinic, vet tech and veterinarian are all amazing here. I have a very leash reactive dog, and they did their best to make her comfortable and feel safe, despite being exposed to many dogs and people while on the leash. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because one of the receptionists referred to my dog as "viscous" This was very upsetting to me because my dog is not in any way viscous, she is a rescue and just very nervous on a leash and shows this in an aggressive way. Other than this, the experience was great and I would recommend this clinic. :)
We are new clients and I brought my dog Cloud in this morning for his annual vaccines and check-up. I was so worried at first because he was so anxious prior to his appointment I thought they would not be able to vaccinate him as he becomes overly reactive when being handled by other people. However, the staff, especially Cheryl, made Cloud feel comfortable that he was able to get through his appointment.Thank you so much Cheryl and Dr. Williams!
You are a veterinary clinic that actually cares. I have been to several other veterinary clinics before and am always made to feel that how much I love my pet is determined by how money I am willing to spend. Thats not the case here, everything is upfront (no surprise expenses on your bill) and explained to me in a way that I feel comfortable and educated enough to made medical decisions on behalf of my pet. Their compassion and devotion to me and my furry friend is one of the reasons I will happily continue to drive the 30+ min it takes to get to this practice over my local veterinary clinics.
Left here with my jaw on the floor. Truly the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. My vet where I currently live gives a little poke and a prod, listens to my dogs heart and boots me out on my way. They might throw some antibiotics at you without much careful consideration if your pet seems like they might be sick. I brought my dog and cat to Armitage, and was absolutely bewildered with the kind, patient, caring attitude of every single person on the staff. We spent a total of just over an hour on the clinic having every little thing explained to us in detail. Possible treatment options and were laid out clearly and all questions we had were answered thoroughly. Thank you to the staff here for an exceptional experience!
Dr. Williams is very caring and extremely knowledgeable. The clinic offers a rewards program, reminder calls, and the staff support is wonderful!
