These folks want to make sure you're happy. My wife bought the carpet for 3 rooms and a hallway, and I sent an exact measurement diagram to the sales person. The installers were fantastic, but the store had made a mistake on how the carpet was cut and sectioned for the rooms, meaning there was a really visible one foot strip / seam in the bedroom because the somewhat directional carpet was running at a 90 degree angle to the rest of the room. After speaking with Parm, he agreed to have the carpet in the room replaced and reinstalled. Delighted that they did the right thing to make us happy. It's one thing to have everything go to plan, but you can really tell the character of the company, when and how they fix mistakes. Would buy there again.
