I went in yesterday to renew my Dads CAA Membership. No one was in line so I was happy. Got to the counter and 2 employees were just standing there talking amongst themselves and giggling and completely ignoring me. About 4 min went by and finally one of them acknowledged me and said they would be right with me. More time went buy as they were finishing their conversation and finally asked IF they could help me. Poor customer service.
