I went to this store 10 days ago to get my iwatch repaired and just wanted to pay and have it sent off for repair. Was told I have to make an appointment. I made the appointment and showed up today. There were at least 6 apple employees doing nothing and approached one and showed them I have an appointment at their Genius Bar for my allotted time. He then told me to talk to someone else, i then showed the second employee I have an appointment at which time he told me to wait in a line while I watched these 6 other employees literally doing nothing in a store that was almost empty.I am a huge advocate for apple and have every apple product you can think of. The employees in this store are extremely pretentious and unfriendly!!!! My advice dont ever go to this store!!!!!!!
I like this place they are very friendly and when you purchase an ipad pro they make the purchase almost painless with how fast it is lmfao until you look at your bank account
This is a VERY busy location on a Saturday. Brought my phone to have the battery replaced and was told to come back in an hour. Showed up as instructed and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for it to be finished. Was a little annoyed as I had both my boys with me and killing and hr. with them at the mall is already challenging.
The staff are exceptional, attentive, easy to speak to. Our experience was fantastic i would recommend this dtore to anyone looking for excellent customer service.
Store seems constantly understaffed, specially during the weekend. However once they acknowledge your existence the service is attentive and efficient. Had a few encounters with the Genius Bar staff there and had to say they wont bother going above and beyond to support their product. I had better luck contacting Apple support over the phone vs going into this store.
