Hit and miss. They could do more re customer service. Say hello, ask how the client is, etc. Also, I've consistently made reservations to find walk in clients have taken my reservation. Again, customer service could be improved.

I will never return here. Just moved to Stonehaven and went to this god awful place since it's down the street from my house. The customer service was horrible and it's a shame since I'm a mother of two I rarely have a chance to treat myself so it's nice to get my pedi once every 3 to 4 weeks. I asked the lady if she could recommend any soft pink colours that had a sheen to it and she dismissed me. I got up and looked at the colours again and picked one and then she told me it's $2 extra. Then, out of curiosity I asked Why, since it wasn't shellac or gel and she said it lasts longer. Then, I asked well does that mean if it chips in like a day or 2 that she would fix it for me and she rolled her eyes and said our colours don't have warranties. I get it but what's up with the attitude? Then the final result was ridiculous. It looked like a 4th grader painted my toenails. They were filed down crooked. I didn't even bother to confront her. Wow. Shocked how people like this are employed and how businesses like that employ them. A smile goes a long way. Even if I wasn't happy with the pedi, it would have been a completely different experience if she was helpful and friendly. Not going back!

I went in with a picture and they did it really well! I walked in without an appointment but they still accepted me. I had to wait for a few minutes between my pedicure and gel set because people who had appointments came in. However, I still was treated very well. I specifically enjoyed the hot stone leg massage that came with my pedicure. I will definitely go back and I will make an appointment next time.

I will not go back here after the experience and service that I had today. In the past, I always made a shellac appointment with La Mer Nails and never had an issue. I find that their shellac brand is not as thick and strong when compared to other brands that other local salons use. However, I was able to look past this because the lady that I had my nails done was consistently detail oriented and respectful. That changed today when another lady from the nail salon was assigned to me. When she sat down in front of me, she did not bother once to look or acknowledge me , introduce herself, or let alone say hi. Again, I looked beyond this and reassured myself that she too would be able to offer the same standard of quality that the other ladies have in past times. However, this was also not the case. As she proceeded to remove the older shellac that was on my nails, she noticed that it was not coming off as easily as she had hoped. So instead of scraping the shellac with the metal tool, she drilled and filed it off. This is a quick and easy way that shaves off a few layers of your nails and leaves them weak and frail. After she did one nail like that I said please stop because it has noticeably made my nail thin and extremely weak, which caused it to bend at the slightest pressure. Then, she proceeded to file my nails by hand. (I guess this was the compromise to her). This actually worsened the condition of my nails and left them incredibly thin. At this point, I no longer wanted to continue with my shellac manicure because my nails were too thin to be able to work with. My nails now have grooves in them where the machined filing took place and also have deep scratches along the whole surface area of my nails. I am not one to complain easily but this has to be said so that other people can become aware. If you want to keep your nails healthy, DO NOT let a woman who goes by the name of "Jasmine" do them.

Been to this place for a couple years straight now, biogel fills once a month! I love it. Most of the time I bring a picture of what I want and they always 'nail' it it is always a nice relaxing time when I get to get my nails done!
