I have been getting my wife gift cards there for a number of years and today she went in for a 3:45pm massage which was booked in advance and some other couple was brought in at that time for a couples massage. My wife was told she could come back with no real explanation as to why her appt was not honored so to say the least I am also very very dissapointed as when it is her bday valentines day or xmas this is a place i always get one of her gifts at. Guess I will be looking somewhere else in the future.
Hospitality awful. Sabrina the receptionist could not be more indifferent to the fact that the spa missed our booking. I booked a facial for my mom and I in honor of Mothers Day. I made the call a week before Mothers Day and made 2 bookings for May 26 for my mom and I at the same time. Once we drove all the way to New Market, Sabrina conveniently told us that they only booked us for 1 and that she cannot do anything. My mom and I waited 3 weeks for this experience together and planned around it on our Saturday only to be told by the receptionist that she cannot do anything and perhaps she can book us for another day. Not sure why they think we are coming back.
Went back for my second facial, completely different experience. Krista was fantastic and the new receptionist is a breath of fresh air. Definitely does not lack people skills!! Great experience and I will be back :)
Such a beautiful place! The staff are amazing, very helpful and kind. The services offered are incredible. I always leave and feel like a million dollars. I highly recommend to everyone
I have been coming to Sanctuary Spa seeing Eva for over a year now for both bikini and underarm laser. I was hesitant at first to give laser a try as I thought it would be painful but I decided to give it a shot and I am so happy I did! Eva makes sure you are comfortable throughout the process and explains everything she is doing thoroughly. The treatment is no more painful then a zap of static. It is also very fast, I am in and out in under 20 minutes. I would highly recommend coming here and seeing Eva, she is amazing at what she does!
