Balsam spa is extremely clean, truly calm and wonderfully caring. All the staff are courteous and kind. The threading and waxing services are professional, even for my teen with sensitive skin. Binal and Daniella have been so great, we absolutely love this place!
Daniella is absolutely amazing. She has the utmost attention to details and practices so much care to her client, she has the magic touch to ensure high quality of service and is always very pleasant and professional.
This place deserves 100 stars!!We had a great experience ? I got Deep Tissue massage and it was absolutely perfect! They're so friendly, professional and kind. We loved the cleanness and atmosphere of this Spa place. My aunt done her nails and she was very happy! Highly recommend this place, they're amazing♥️

I have been going to Balsam Spa since 2015 for various services, such as eyebrow threading, waxing, manicures, pedicures and facials. I wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff are beyond friendly and take the time to make you feel comfortable. Not only that but the service is always amazing. My pedicures last for months and my eyebrows are always shaped so nicely. My mom and I love coming to this place!
Went for an eyebrow wax and was very pleased by the ambience of the whole place, and the esthetician did a great job on my brows, going back soon for nails!
Came here for a relaxation massage for 80 minutes, walking in I was very excited as I have a high stress job and needed to relax. 5 minutes being in the shop I knew I should probably have gone elsewhere as the girls at the desk were gossiping about another employee of some sort, but I tried to continue with an open mind. The massage itself was good? I went in with a bit of a sore shoulder and it almost feels worse? I guess next time elsewhere Ill get an registered massage therapist, but my masseuse had allergies apparently so she was coughing throughout the massage but I understood of course because who wouldnt? But about an hour after I left I started to get a runny nose.....coincidence? Maybe who knows but Im thrown off by it. Am I going to go back? No. Do I recommend others? Not really no but it could just be my standards. Sorry?
Great service. Tried my first lash lift today, and so far very pleased! Excited to see how long it lasts. It was a great and relaxing experience. Great service!
What a fantastic place to get pampered! Natalie was so knowledgeable about the different treatments offered and created a very comfortable atmosphere in the treatment room. Cannot wait until my next visit to Balsam Spa!
